I really want to learn about the the stars and thier stories but all the websites I've found dont make any sense. While trying to explain one constellation they talk about 20 others and it's very confusing and I was wondering if anyone else knew of any dummy-proof sites for stars. Thanks|||Get to a bookstore and check on "Find the Constellations" by H.A. Rey. It's really a book meant for young children, but it does a very good job of teaching basics of the constellations.
Also, try to find a planetarium or an astronomy club near you and ask when they have open nights for the public, or if you can attend a meeting some evening.
